You can't disregard the age factor if you what a full view of the situation. I could say a 2yo is playing and tell you not to argue about that :wink:

I think you should start a vote.
To see whether how many are under 13....
Do you really think ppl (many)will read "terms and conditions" completely?

At least I CAN'T....it is too complicated for me....

yeah but the fact is that you are 12. the fact that you didn't read the rules entirely and carefuly is not other's fault. Understand that you shouldn't be on these forums. you should bring your parents next to you as soon as possible.
The fact that many here might not be at least 13 doesn't change the problem.
Many drivers speed, some are caught, some are not. it's not because many others are to blame that the ones caught should not be fined...
