How long...?

How long did it take everyone to first make DOP 500,000?
Just wondering as I'm about to lease my first Connie and I started two and a half days ago. Want to see how I stack up.

My advice to you is use that connies to fly short routes, medium and long at the same time. Don't use it for much frequency, just use it to lots of destinations and you will find why i gave you this advice

I like the speed and have found some lucrative routes untouchable by only Connies and Bristols. Oh and I only do 1 and .5 routes.

I assume you were one of the first though, routes aren't easy to find anymore. Especially if you started in Europe or America. I was lucky enough to start in Dubai. Was looking at the Antarctic as well. No one has touched them yet with a 5 foot pole. I wonder why. Be a decent starting base as there's plenty of routes a Douglas can make and no competition.

You can't base in Antarctica, unless approved by the admins (which is an unfair system drafted out by a former admin... and as a result, no one is able to base there, just to make it fair and realistic

get a comet. their rather expensive, but you can do lots of frequency with them and their fast. (their jets)

Ah now I understand, and yeah I was actually looking at Comets, the 3 looks decent, pricey but the extra seats and range I assume would more than cover the difference between the 1 and 2.

yep. i like comets. i've got 21, as a combination of 2's and 3's.
