Don't lease that Connie, for the daily price of one, you can have 15 DC3's with an average DOP of 60-80,000 that is 1.2 mill DOP, something you will not get out of a Connie. for the smaller routes a DC6 is better any day. i am getting DOP's of 400k+ out of a 6B on shorter routes. I did not get my first Connie until I had about 50 DC3's ans DC6B's and even then I held back and replaced my leased ones with bought ones. I started late in this round, playing for the first time and am at 9.2 billion in less then four weeks. Another hint is to not always aim for 100%LF as that brings down the LF of other players, some who will fight you on a route. bringin down a LF of another player to 80-90% will especially with the bigger ones not bother them and you wont start a price war, something you cannot afford when you are smaller. Don't get too attached to your bases either you can move at any time. find gates at larger airports and as soon as you have enough cash move or create a new base. I started in Genoa, Tenerife, Luton, Santiago, Berlin and have since given these up for bigger airports. You need to be patient and significantly large to compete at the larger airports. Keep your first routes short an tie them into all your bases. take gae rental into account. All of your gates need close to 100% useage before you add gates.

My first day DOP was 5Mill and now is 1.2Billion per day in three weeks, I don't ever keep cash; buy airplanes and then buy some more... I now buy 20 Connies per day and fill them.
