Stephen has explained that already. He is in the process of making AM a business (as in registered company) so he may need the staff to sign contracts. The only admin who is not yet 18 is DanielD. He was on board before Stephen's attempt at the business field.

Base on the laws of most countries, contracts signed by minors under 18 are disputable (if recognized at all). You wouldn't want your parents to co-sign for you right?

The limitation of child labor is another factor to consider as well. (But then, we are not getting paid... so :? )

hmm... maybe because Hong Kong is the second largest player base in AM... (actually going to be the first with all those multi-accounts and feeders people create

Stephen has plans to add in more languages, and is looking into the possibility of adding Spanish next. Chinese is just the first of many (hopefully).
