The issue with the Concorde is that it costs 300+ million for 140 seats while the 737 goes for 60-70 million or so. Even if it earns twice as much it costs 4-5 times as much. And the fuel burn is much higher (although that is included in the route profits). But on the other hand the Concorde is a prestige aircraft :P

The owner of the world I'm playing in has gone AWOL - I hate it when that happens, especially for worlds that still have long to go... it means they get cluttered with bankrupt airlines, and they gradually lose momentum.

It's a pity because I enjoy the way that world was handled until now... perhaps he will come back.

But if not, I am thinking of creating a new private world. Any of you guys be interested in joining?

I would join, only I know the PW I am in will take a lot of my time as it gets later. It's still very early, with lots of route changes and aircraft changes. Any idea how many years the world may be? Sorry your world owner seems to have bailed. 😔.

If I can find the time to join, I will. Thanks for the offer.

Happy flying!😀

I would be interested in a short 5-7 year world in modern times (2010+). Right now I am happy with one world of hotswapping aircraft :P

To be truthful, I am really interested in a long world, the longer the better.  But, that's me, sorry.   lol

Long worlds are nice, but I have one long world already - with a big airline even
