It will be a sad day when she is no longer flying. Such a beautiful aircraft! I've heard that Turkish airlines maybe is considering a few 748s

The 747 is a beauty. I don't agree with Boeing's 747-8 look, though; I don't think the 747 looks good with 787-like flexible wings.

Some way or the other, I think the 747 will continue flying, through preservation works, perhaps? It deserves the nickname "Queen of the Skies."

The 747-400 is the prettiest, but I think the 748 still has some grace to it -although it's just a bit too long...

I rarely see as much 747's nowadays as previously when at the airport. Are they already being phased out?

And sorry about the inactivity. I fell sick for the whole week and is just getting better as I write.

I think the 744s are being phased out, being replaced by 777s and not 748s as hoped for by Boeing

Do any of you like using the 747 in the game?

I use it as a prestige aircraft, to show off :P The 748 is not really economical, but it looks cool in your fleet!

Would you rather use the A380 or the B747?

The 747. Just looks better. And the 380 is way too expensive

No, sadly. It has to do with its high fuel consumption - we are aware of that :)

A blimp is another word for an airship

I know that, but what is meant by suddenly introducing the subject of blimps? Does it refer to the A380?
