I wouldn't say Novorussia has done it in the most peaceful way, since there is currently a civil war thing in Donetsk/Luhansk. Crimea was more peaceful, but not really in the same way as Scotland could have become.

I kinda wish that the US and Russia weren't that huge powers, I sometimes feel like they cause too much troubles with US invading pretty much every Arab nation and Russia invading their neighbors. Why can't countries like say Switzerland or Iceland be powerful?
