We ask the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to abstane from building a naval base in Seychelles due to the presence of USSR's base in Seychelles. Please consult with them.

Seychelles receives a ransom video from the Somali Pirates informing us that they have captured a ship bound for Port Victoria flying the flag of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The boat will be returned if we pay $1 billion or they will hand its cargo over to the militants in Somalia. Our navy is on its way into International Waters bound for Somalia to rescue the ship. We request the aid of the International community as the ship carries 20 nuclear war heads!!! We fear the militants may attack the nearby nations of Ethiopia and Uganda as they are trying to restore peace to war-torn Somalia...

Seychelles' navy ships to return to port. We break all relations with North Korea due to the invasion of our neighbouring allies and trading partners. We block Seychelles' airspace and territorial waters to all North Korean ships, aircraft and citizens. We give all North Korean ships and citizens 12 hours to leave the Seychelles or face the actions of the government. Any North Korean ship or aircraft which enters our water or airspace as of now will be DESTROYED WITHOUT WARNING.

We ask for the aid of our allies in preventing the spread of the tyranny of the so-called "Democratic" People's Republic of Korea.

North Korea establishes very large military bases in the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korean East Africa, including large military bases.

Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, Comoros, Mayotte, Reunion, Maldives and Sri Lanka form the Union of Countries in the Indian Ocean (UCIO) to facilitate trade between these countries.
