I would like to suggest a peace treaty between USSR and North Korea. That way we won't have war between the two mightiest nations in the world.

Philippines, actually have 5,950 tons of nuclear warheads, and we have deployed 25 Intercontinental ballistic missines toward Soviet Union, and this missiles is each tipped with 500kg of nuclear warkeads. We also tell Soviet union to NOT send any airplanes, commercial or military, within 2500nm of Manila, and within 500nm of any spot on Spain, as we have 6 YAL-1 Airborne lasers on patrol. These can penetrate armor 500mm thick even from 320 miles away. That is more powerful the nearer it comes. And the accuracy? within 1mm at 300 miles away.

no hard feelings...

We are also warning North Korea to not sign the peace treaty with Soviet Union, as we have weapons ready to fire at you if you do sign. We tell you, just sign a peace treaty with the Philippine-Spain alliance, and help us wipe Soviet Union off the MAP!

just in the game.....

USSR asks the Phillipines not to be so agressive. You don't have a reason to attack USSR, and most of all, why attack the strongest country in the world? But don't let this be a test of strength, as we do not wish war.

Also, we cannot comply with your wish not to have any Russian planes closer than 2500 nm, as that is inside USSR boundaries (check gcmap). A distance of 1400 nm will be acceptable.

Ok, 1400nm it is. And we declared war as some soviets in the country have been causing chaos, Many of them have been caught and in MAX-SEC prisons.

We do take responsibility of what our citizens do, but it's not reason enough to declare war. Please send them out of your country, and we'll take care of them. We will withdraw all military, if you attack us, think again. We both want an end to this war.

North Korea has just pushed 200 nuclear missiles into service at bases hidden at secret military facilities all over the country. Each missile has more than enough range to hit Moscow or Manila. We have also just pressed our first 4 or 25 SSBNs into service, each carrying 26 ballistic missiles. The SSBNs are of the Red October class are built in China, and feature a silent form of magnetohydrodynamic propulsion, meaning that noone can find them.
We have also deployed 35 S-300 systems all around the country, to shoot down any invading planes. Our Air Force has just taken delivery of 500 J-10 fighters and 200 J-11B strike fighters.

North Korea is suffering from flooding because we dammed up a river. As a result we now have no food to feed the population. North Korea therefore asks of the whole world to donate 50 billion dollars in aid.

Philippines have declared peace with USSR, and is asking their head to join our President in announcing peace together. We also ask if USSR wants to be allies with the Philippines.

On other news, Philippines have donated $12 billion to North Korea, and $10 billion worth of grains, wheat, and sugar cane to NK, as a sign of peace.

North Korea thanks the glorious comrade countries of Philippines and USSR for aid.

North Korea spends $37 billion on new weapons. Army is enlargened from 7 million men to 12 million. 4000 T-84s are purchased second-hand. We also take delivery of 50 MiG-23s, purchased from an unspecified nation.

A Philippine Navy frigate sinks with 134 hands in a disputed area of the South China sea. Reports of an explosion just before the sinking.

WE DECLARE WAR WITH NORTH KOREA! The extents of what they have been doing is too much. We recall the shipment of grains and wheat to NK, and we have launced 20 B1-B "BONE" Lancer Supersonic Bombers (ETA .75hrs) and 50 B-2 Spirit Stealth Bombers (ETA 1.5hrs) to NK. We ask ally Spain to help defeat NK. Also, the USA have delivered our purchase for 25 B-2 bombers, 15 YAL-1 ABL, and 250 Global Hawk UAV's. The global Hawk have been modified to carry up to 10 Maverick Missiles or 12 250 pound bombs.

The Republic of Seychelles offers The USSR one island to build a naval and airforce base in the Indian Ocean in exchange for $ 6 billion which will be used to pay off the country's debt.

The state owned airline Air Seychelles begins a once weekly flight to Pyongyang via Manila carrying mostly food aid for the people of NK worth around $ 250 million.

The shipments have already arrived, and cannot be recalled.

North Korean special operations forces have secretly infiltrated the Philippines over the last few weeks, and 5000 commandoes are now storming all major military bases and nuclear launch sites in the Philippines. 20 nuclear weapons are launched at Manila and Quezon City. All 14 million North Korean soldiers are mobilised, with additional 20 million civilians being drafted.

Also, USSR encourages NK not to show aggressions to other countries, including the Phillipines.

The secret military development programme is progressing before schedule, we now have a new generation of nuclear warheads, capable of destroying a city of the size of Manila (just a comparison, not a threat). Also, a new space station is under development.

Sadly, those shipments wew the fake ones, designed to deter criminals. Also, the Special Ops? We have caught them in their secretly deeds and have placed them on MAXIMUM SECURITY PRISONS, which are underground BUNKERS. Also the 20 nuclear weapons have been shot down by our YAL-1 AirBorne Laser.

Also, we ask Seychelles if they want to be an ally of the Philippines. We are willing to pay $23 billion to them as long as they help in wars we may wage.

Spain gives North Korea a final disaster help, of $2 billion.
All flights/ferries/boat routes between Spain and North Korea and The Phillipines have been cancelled due to the instability in the countries. As of the alliance with The Phillipines, we send 20 F-16's there to help. And 5 of the B-2 bomber. (although we don't want to be in a war)...

North Korea invests 2 billion dollars in the new secret Soviet missile system.

We purchase an additional 10 S-300 systems and launch 4 radar satellites that are capable of spotting stealth aircraft. We also launch a secret satellite fitted with a powerful laser. The laserbeem is proven quite effective when it shoots down 3 YAL-1s. Our air defences are impregnable to all Philippine imperialists aircraft.

Due to spain entering the conflict, we launch a u-boat campagin, to starve the Phillipines, and prevent any Spanish ships from reaching the Phillipines.

Seychelles thanks Spain for its donation and invests $6 billion in wind, solar and tidal energy plants. We also invest $20 billion in Spain's new bank, hoping that international relations continue to improve.

Seychelles allows North Korea to use Port Victoria as a refuelling base as long as NK's subs do not attack any ships within 2,000nm of Seychelles and carrying the Seychelles' Flag. We have recieved the subs donated and are using them to patrol waters around Somalia to avoid pirate attacks.

However, the 20 nuclear warheads are yet to arrive... Our intelligence agency suggests the ships have been hijacked on route. As a precaution, North Korean subs are now advised to remain 500nm from Port Victoria while we conduct investigations as the Philippines Embassy in Seychelles was broken into and some parts of the building was set on fire. 6 people perished in the incident including 2 citizens of the Philipinnes.

We ask the USSR and Spain to aid with the investigation and to ensure that ships of NK abide to the restrictions.

All of them have also been fitted with extreme armoring, which can absorb up to 3 Laser shots, except for the YAL-1, which carries armor that can absorb 6 times the laser shot. Thats a negative, the B-2s were shot down. The ones that did get through bombed civilian targets. All the pilots are now on their way to the Pyongyang Hilton.
The non-stealthy B-1s had to turn around after taking heavy losses, being intercepted by our air force, which has just employed a new secret aircarft detecting system, that can spot all Philippine aircraft.

With the intensified security in the region, more ships and cruise liners arrive in the Seychelles and we launch the construction of a new port capable of handling the increase in ocean traffic. We also begin extending the runway of Seychelles International Airport to 5,000m and upgrade Praslin Island Airport to internatonal status and extend the runway to 3,000m. Both airports are open to international flights.

We advise Philippines and North Korea to resolve their issuses peacefully and all flags in the country are half-raised to the civilians which have died in the conflict. We offer each country $10 billion each if they stop attacking each other and begin to solve the conflict peacefully.

Comrades! Today is a glorious day for the peace loving nation of the glorious people of the motherland North Korea! The imperialist capitalist agressors and bankers, enemies of our peace loving state alike, have signed a peace treaty. It is of no doubt, that they felt a need to wave their capitalist white flags, thereby stopping the storm that was brewing. Our eternal and glorious leader has therefore agreed to spare the Philippines from destruction for now, and signed the peace treaty. Be warned, however, aggresions will not be tolerated again.

North Korea recalls all submarines from the campaign to block the Philippines, and all submarines resume usual patrols.

North Korea requests to establish a large military base on the Seychelles in order to fight piracy in Somalia. We will base 7 sqns of aircraft, 8000 marines and 8 frigates at the base. We are willing to pay the Seychelles €2 billion a year for the base.

Seychelles receives a ransom video from the Somali Pirates informing us that they have captured a ship bound for Port Victoria flying the flag of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The boat will be returned if we pay $1 billion or they will hand its cargo over to the militants in Somalia. Our navy is on its way into International Waters bound for Somalia to rescue the ship. We request the aid of the International community as the ship carries 20 nuclear war heads!!! We fear the militants may attack the nearby nations of Ethiopia and Uganda as they are trying to restore peace to war-torn Somalia...

Seychelles' navy ships to return to port. We break all relations with North Korea due to the invasion of our neighbouring allies and trading partners. We block Seychelles' airspace and territorial waters to all North Korean ships, aircraft and citizens. We give all North Korean ships and citizens 12 hours to leave the Seychelles or face the actions of the government. Any North Korean ship or aircraft which enters our water or airspace as of now will be DESTROYED WITHOUT WARNING.

We ask for the aid of our allies in preventing the spread of the tyranny of the so-called "Democratic" People's Republic of Korea.

North Korea withdraws all citizens and ships from the Seychelles. We don't need the Seychelles anymore.

North Korea establishes very large military bases in the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korean East Africa, including large military bases.

Vast oil deposits are found in Uganda, which is promptly annexed by the newly formed Peoples Army of Korean East Africa.

A submarine blockade of the Seychelles is formed, and all ships will be sunk. We warn you, stop your aggresive nature, or you will pay.

The ex-North Korean submarines transferred to the Seychelles Navy are bombed in harbour by North Korea suicide commandoes.

North Korea would like to offer the USSR 2 naval bases, one on the island of Zanzibar, another in northern Somalia, totally free of charge. These bases will allow you to control the both the Indian ocean and the Suez channel.

We regret to inform North Korea that your comrades sent to destroy our 3 submarines were intercepted well before reaching Port Victoria. They have defected, seeking political assylum in the Seychelles. We have welcomed with open arms.

All ships heading to Europe will be accompanied by a flotilia of destroyers as a security precaution. Ships enroute to Asia and Africa pass safely away from Seychelles' border with Kenya, Tanzania and Somalia.

Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, Comoros, Mayotte, Reunion, Maldives and Sri Lanka form the Union of Countries in the Indian Ocean (UCIO) to facilitate trade between these countries.

Seychelles accepts the Pilippines offer. We request for Phillipines' Navy and Spain's Navy to assit us with patrolling our region and the region within which North Korea has been banned from listd below. The United Kingdom (UK) has also expressed interest in the region as Kenya is one of its trading partners and, being a former colony of UK, one of its allies.

North Korean ships and aircraft are not permitted to come withing certain ranges of the capitals of the memebers of the Union of Countries in the Indian Ocean (UCIO) and the British Indian Ocean Teritory (Chagos Islands). Any aircraft or ships which violate this law will be destroyed on site without warning. All ships entering and leaving this region will be searched upoin entry and exit. 1,000 navy ships are patrolling this area along with 150 F-15s.
These ranges are;
-650nm from Colombo, Diego Garcia, Male, Mauritius and St-Denis
-630nm from Antananarivo and Mahe.

Philippines accept the cut export tax, but this DOES NOT mean the the sanctions are fully lifted.

Also, Philippines have sent 5 AircraftCarriers from its fleet of 22, and 15 cruisers, 9 light and 6 heavy. We also ask Seychelles if the mind if we base 5 P-8 Poseidon patrol aircraft and 2 KC-777 tankers there to help patrol the region.

North Korea has spoken with the governments of India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, France, Mozambique and Mauritius, and they know nothing of the so-called exclusion zone. North Korean ships are therefore still allowed access through the following areas marked in red. An attempt at excersicing military actions in these areas will result in a military response from the respective nation.
Furthermore, the area marked in yellow is in fact an intrusion of East African waters.

We would also like to remind you of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, dictates that territorial waters only extend 12 nautical miles into the ocean. The Seychelles, Philippines and Spain all signed and ratified this convention in 1982. North Korea and the Peoples Republic of East Africa both follow this convention, and we still allow Spanish warships and merchant ships to pass through the Suez channel.

We would also like to remind you, that if you should indeed open fire at a warship in the marked zone, the North Korean navy operates identical ship types as the USSR, India and China. It is also worth noting that when Muammar Ghaddafi tried a similar move, it resulted in a military response from the US.

We are greatful for the help of the Philippines. The aircraft may be positioned on the newly opened Praslin International Airport (ICAO:FSPP, IATA:PRI).

North Korea did not declare war on the countries of Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. The Hague Convention (III) in 1907 called "CONVENTION RELATIVE TO THE OPENING OF HOSTILITIES" clearly states that when a country is opening hostilities to another it should give an explicit warning, something North Korea did not do. The countries were also not aware of any existence of a state of war. Also, the war on these countries were not justified, except of course Somalia as Somali Pirates had captured a North Korean vessel. This was an action taken by the inhabitants of Somalia, not the Government of somalia. The occupation of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda which were all stable states with well functioning governments and no threat to North Korea is therefore unjustified and illegal.

Secondly, the populations of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda far outnumber the population of North Korea, let alone its armed forces. The quick surrender of these countries in the events which occurred are far from logical and realistic. Not only that, but the fact that North Korea could displace the large enough number of troops to invade these countries and still be able to protect itself is completely unrealistic and incomprehensible.

The setting up of a base in Zanzibar for the USSR is therefore deemed illegal and a violation of international law. The USSR should remove its equipment and troops immediately. North Korea should vacate the countries invaded as it has violated international law and the UN will take action unless it complies. The Seychelles Will supply ammunition and weapons to the 45 million inhabitants of Tanzania, 38 million of Kenya and 33 million of Uganda.

Seeing as the actions of North Korea are unlawful, so shall be the actions of the Seychelles and its allies. The countries shown on the map have signed agreements with the Seychelles and are undertaking such action due to the threat issued by North Korea as ships on their way to Mauritius, Reunion, Madagascar and Maldives stop in Seychelles on their way from Europe.

A submarine blockade of the Seychelles is formed, and all ships will be sunk. We warn you, stop your aggresive nature, or you will pay.

The ex-North Korean submarines transferred to the Seychelles Navy are bombed in harbour by North Korea suicide commandoes.

Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, Comoros, Mayotte, Reunion, Maldives and Sri Lanka form the Union of Countries in the Indian Ocean (UCIO) to facilitate trade between these countries.

Obviously North Korea has not informed itself properly of events in the region, such as the formation of the UCIO. North Korea is imposing a threat to the members of the UCIO by blockading Seychelles, the UCIO has only acted accordingly and along the same lines as North Korea.

We are greatful for the help of the Philippines. The aircraft may be positioned on the newly opened Praslin International Airport (ICAO:FSPP, IATA:PRI).
We hope to resolve the occupation of Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya as soon as possible. Tourists from Safari Trips in these countries visit Seychelles before heading back home, the occupation and people's fear of the instability in the region are affecting our economy's number 1 industry.

At the current, tourism is being hampered by the Seychelles blockade. Since we abolished piracy cruise vessels have started swarming all over the East African coast. Open up your oceans, and let these tourists experience your glorious islands!

Tourism had begun booming in the region due to the added security from the additional patrol boats and aircraft provided by the USSR, Spain, Seychelles and yourself North Korea. You have simply destabilised a region which had begun to recover. It now may take more time to recover given the unknown fates of the tourism facilities and transportation companies in the countries currently unlawfully occupied.

All North Korean submarines returned to port over a month ago. The reported blockade was merely an excercise. Don't listen to fox news, they only tell lies. It was only an exercise. Afterall, why were no Seychelles ships sunk? Besides, we know nothing of the so-called defectors that claimed had been sent to sink a submarine.

North Korea did not declare war on Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. We merely assisted the people in getting rid of the capitalists. It was a civil war, and we rightfully supported the people. Besides, there is no government in Somalia, and all 4 states were severely unstable due to the brewing civil war and capitalist bankers.

Those numbers are wrong. Tanzania only has a population of 40 million, Kenya has 25 million and Uganda has 26 million.

We don't know why you want to supply weapons and ammunition to the people, as the people are all on our side. Only a handlful of capitalists are left to take up the fight. Come see for yourself, the population loves our new health and educational reforms. We have gotten jobs for everyone, and noone is starving. Malaria has almost been abolished in the past few months.

Thats a negative, tourism has been taken to an all time high following the liberation. Your boykot is the only thing preventing the tourists from spilling over to the Seychelles. Better open up your borders before they completely forget you!

As for how we liberated the people, it was easy. We helped create the Peoples Army of East Africa, now numbering about 15 million men, who fought alongside the Peoples Army of North Korea (about 1 million troops). We won the hearts and minds of the people.

At the moment the PRoEA has requested that North Korean military forces and advisors stay to ensure that all goes as planned. North Korea and the USSR will also provide peace and stability in the region.

Actually the PRoEA has been a great source of inspiration for other African countries. The people of Zimbabwe recently toppled Robert Mugabe, and inserted a Peoples Government, based on the Socialist ideas.

If this is the case, then North Korea should withdraw itself from the now stable region in East Africa as the USSR did from the Korean Peninsula as there is currently no war in the region. The Socialist country of Seychelles feels threatened by the large amount of the North Korean armed forces whose presence is unjustified in this stable region.

We also suggest that PRoEA be broken up as the inhabitants are of different tribes and ancestry. This may cause conflicts between rival tribes and could lead to civil war, as was the case was in Somalia. We accept the proposal for the pipeline as oil has also been discovered in the Seychelles. We advise the PRoEA to follow the same model as China and have a Capitalist Economy in the hopes that this will not affect the large private sectors in the countries which traded with the former states of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. This would help with the regional integration of the new state of PRoEA.

As has already been mentioned, The East African government has asked for North Korea forces to stay, and as such, North Korea will stay. It is also important that North Korean advisors stay in East Africa, for reasons that can not be told.

This new model will also ensure peace and stability in all of East Africa, despite the multiple tribes. We are currently working together with the East African government towards a solution that involves the abolishment of all tribes, making all people equal.

The PR of East Africa has today announced it's new leader. The Glorious leader of the people of East Africa is Jimmy Jongwe, a close friend of our dear leader, Kim Jong Il.

SPAIN STRUCK OIL!

Today, Spain struck oil. Outside the coast of Menorca, people struck oil when making an underwater pipe line. Espana Water Directive says that the oil will not be taken up. "It has been created for millions of years, and then we just get it and use it faster than the lightning? No, we are the worlds most enviromental country, and we wan't to continue with that. Let it be there in case of a financial breakdown."

Our aircraft carrier sent to the Seychelles, has returned after a few days at work. It won't be sent back.

But a big flooding as occured near the City of Vigo, and could spread into Portugal. Heavy rainfall is the most likely cause.

UN rapports that few of the missiles went to Spain. We may lost many cities, but as it was the Out at The Farmland Day, few people died -population is around 36 million.

Cities will be rebuild immediately. As soon as we can get materials from our 'Seed Bank, Food and Material Reserve'. One of our agents lost the code. Unfortunately for us, the code has 14 dials. But we expect to get it soon. The Cities of Ibiza, Valencia, Villareal, Osasuna and Bilbao is out of our current map. But the city will be rebuild.
