USSR accepts the offer of establishment of a base in Zanzibar, and immediately transfers 100000 soldiers, several nuclear bombs, 1000 fighters, and hundreds of navy ships.

As this is a bit of a show-off, PHILIPPINES will apply sanctions, which include no NK people in Philippines, and Any NK (Civilian or military) ships/Planes/Tanks/WMD's will be shot down with no alarm.

Philippines ask Seychelles to be Allies with Philippines and WE will help with regaining your Trade partners back from NK's hold.

North Korea is willing to cut export taxes for any Philippine company who will produce their products in North Korea. We will also supply cheap subsidised labour to Philippine owned factories inside North Korea.

Seychelles accepts the Pilippines offer. We request for Phillipines' Navy and Spain's Navy to assit us with patrolling our region and the region within which North Korea has been banned from listd below. The United Kingdom (UK) has also expressed interest in the region as Kenya is one of its trading partners and, being a former colony of UK, one of its allies.

North Korean ships and aircraft are not permitted to come withing certain ranges of the capitals of the memebers of the Union of Countries in the Indian Ocean (UCIO) and the British Indian Ocean Teritory (Chagos Islands). Any aircraft or ships which violate this law will be destroyed on site without warning. All ships entering and leaving this region will be searched upoin entry and exit. 1,000 navy ships are patrolling this area along with 150 F-15s.
These ranges are;
-650nm from Colombo, Diego Garcia, Male, Mauritius and St-Denis
-630nm from Antananarivo and Mahe.
The map below shows the defined area:

Philippines accept the cut export tax, but this DOES NOT mean the the sanctions are fully lifted.

Also, Philippines have sent 5 AircraftCarriers from its fleet of 22, and 15 cruisers, 9 light and 6 heavy. We also ask Seychelles if the mind if we base 5 P-8 Poseidon patrol aircraft and 2 KC-777 tankers there to help patrol the region.

We are greatful for the help of the Philippines. The aircraft may be positioned on the newly opened Praslin International Airport (ICAO:FSPP, IATA:PRI).
We hope to resolve the occupation of Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya as soon as possible. Tourists from Safari Trips in these countries visit Seychelles before heading back home, the occupation and people's fear of the instability in the region are affecting our economy's number 1 industry.

North Korea has spoken with the governments of India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, France, Mozambique and Mauritius, and they know nothing of the so-called exclusion zone. North Korean ships are therefore still allowed access through the following areas marked in red. An attempt at excersicing military actions in these areas will result in a military response from the respective nation.
Furthermore, the area marked in yellow is in fact an intrusion of East African waters.

We would also like to remind you of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, dictates that territorial waters only extend 12 nautical miles into the ocean. The Seychelles, Philippines and Spain all signed and ratified this convention in 1982. North Korea and the Peoples Republic of East Africa both follow this convention, and we still allow Spanish warships and merchant ships to pass through the Suez channel.

We would also like to remind you, that if you should indeed open fire at a warship in the marked zone, the North Korean navy operates identical ship types as the USSR, India and China. It is also worth noting that when Muammar Ghaddafi tried a similar move, it resulted in a military response from the US.

Do not fear, we have not occupied these territories, we have merely liberated the people from their capitalist governments. Travel to and from East Africa, and between the Seychelles is still free and open. In fact tourism has increased since the liberation. At the current, tourism is being hampered by the Seychelles blockade. Since we abolished piracy cruise vessels have started swarming all over the East African coast. Open up your oceans, and let these tourists experience your glorious islands!

Peoples Republic of East Africa proposes new oil pipeline to Seychelles

The PRoEA has today proposed to the Seychelles goverment that a new oil pipeline is built from Uganda to the Seychelles. The pipeline will offer a secure, safe and cheap source of oil for the Seychelles. The pipeline is a gift from the newly liberated Peoples Republic of East Africa to the people of the Seychelles.

Spain resumes all flights/ferries to North Korea and Phillipines. We unstablility is over, so we won't fear anymore. We have sent our only aircraft carrier to Seychelles, but will be returned back to Spain in the near future.

North Korea did not declare war on the countries of Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. The Hague Convention (III) in 1907 called "CONVENTION RELATIVE TO THE OPENING OF HOSTILITIES" clearly states that when a country is opening hostilities to another it should give an explicit warning, something North Korea did not do. The countries were also not aware of any existence of a state of war. Also, the war on these countries were not justified, except of course Somalia as Somali Pirates had captured a North Korean vessel. This was an action taken by the inhabitants of Somalia, not the Government of somalia. The occupation of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda which were all stable states with well functioning governments and no threat to North Korea is therefore unjustified and illegal.

Secondly, the populations of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda far outnumber the population of North Korea, let alone its armed forces. The quick surrender of these countries in the events which occurred are far from logical and realistic. Not only that, but the fact that North Korea could displace the large enough number of troops to invade these countries and still be able to protect itself is completely unrealistic and incomprehensible.

The setting up of a base in Zanzibar for the USSR is therefore deemed illegal and a violation of international law. The USSR should remove its equipment and troops immediately. North Korea should vacate the countries invaded as it has violated international law and the UN will take action unless it complies. The Seychelles Will supply ammunition and weapons to the 45 million inhabitants of Tanzania, 38 million of Kenya and 33 million of Uganda.

Seeing as the actions of North Korea are unlawful, so shall be the actions of the Seychelles and its allies. The countries shown on the map have signed agreements with the Seychelles and are undertaking such action due to the threat issued by North Korea as ships on their way to Mauritius, Reunion, Madagascar and Maldives stop in Seychelles on their way from Europe.

A submarine blockade of the Seychelles is formed, and all ships will be sunk. We warn you, stop your aggresive nature, or you will pay.

The ex-North Korean submarines transferred to the Seychelles Navy are bombed in harbour by North Korea suicide commandoes.

Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, Comoros, Mayotte, Reunion, Maldives and Sri Lanka form the Union of Countries in the Indian Ocean (UCIO) to facilitate trade between these countries.

Obviously North Korea has not informed itself properly of events in the region, such as the formation of the UCIO. North Korea is imposing a threat to the members of the UCIO by blockading Seychelles, the UCIO has only acted accordingly and along the same lines as North Korea.

We are greatful for the help of the Philippines. The aircraft may be positioned on the newly opened Praslin International Airport (ICAO:FSPP, IATA:PRI).

Tourism had begun booming in the region due to the added security from the additional patrol boats and aircraft provided by the USSR, Spain, Seychelles and yourself North Korea. You have simply destabilised a region which had begun to recover. It now may take more time to recover given the unknown fates of the tourism facilities and transportation companies in the countries currently unlawfully occupied.

With the intensified security in the region, more ships and cruise liners arrive in the Seychelles and we launch the construction of a new port capable of handling the increase in ocean traffic. We also begin extending the runway of Seychelles International Airport to 5,000m and upgrade Praslin Island Airport to internatonal status and extend the runway to 3,000m. Both airports are open to international flights.

All North Korean submarines returned to port over a month ago. The reported blockade was merely an excercise. Don't listen to fox news, they only tell lies. It was only an exercise. Afterall, why were no Seychelles ships sunk? Besides, we know nothing of the so-called defectors that claimed had been sent to sink a submarine.

North Korea did not declare war on Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. We merely assisted the people in getting rid of the capitalists. It was a civil war, and we rightfully supported the people. Besides, there is no government in Somalia, and all 4 states were severely unstable due to the brewing civil war and capitalist bankers.

Those numbers are wrong. Tanzania only has a population of 40 million, Kenya has 25 million and Uganda has 26 million.

We don't know why you want to supply weapons and ammunition to the people, as the people are all on our side. Only a handlful of capitalists are left to take up the fight. Come see for yourself, the population loves our new health and educational reforms. We have gotten jobs for everyone, and noone is starving. Malaria has almost been abolished in the past few months.

Thats a negative, tourism has been taken to an all time high following the liberation. Your boykot is the only thing preventing the tourists from spilling over to the Seychelles. Better open up your borders before they completely forget you!

As for how we liberated the people, it was easy. We helped create the Peoples Army of East Africa, now numbering about 15 million men, who fought alongside the Peoples Army of North Korea (about 1 million troops). We won the hearts and minds of the people.

At the moment the PRoEA has requested that North Korean military forces and advisors stay to ensure that all goes as planned. North Korea and the USSR will also provide peace and stability in the region.

Actually the PRoEA has been a great source of inspiration for other African countries. The people of Zimbabwe recently toppled Robert Mugabe, and inserted a Peoples Government, based on the Socialist ideas.

If this is the case, then North Korea should withdraw itself from the now stable region in East Africa as the USSR did from the Korean Peninsula as there is currently no war in the region. The Socialist country of Seychelles feels threatened by the large amount of the North Korean armed forces whose presence is unjustified in this stable region.

We also suggest that PRoEA be broken up as the inhabitants are of different tribes and ancestry. This may cause conflicts between rival tribes and could lead to civil war, as was the case was in Somalia. We accept the proposal for the pipeline as oil has also been discovered in the Seychelles. We advise the PRoEA to follow the same model as China and have a Capitalist Economy in the hopes that this will not affect the large private sectors in the countries which traded with the former states of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. This would help with the regional integration of the new state of PRoEA.

As has already been mentioned, The East African government has asked for North Korea forces to stay, and as such, North Korea will stay. It is also important that North Korean advisors stay in East Africa, for reasons that can not be told.

This new model will also ensure peace and stability in all of East Africa, despite the multiple tribes. We are currently working together with the East African government towards a solution that involves the abolishment of all tribes, making all people equal.

The PR of East Africa has today announced it's new leader. The Glorious leader of the people of East Africa is Jimmy Jongwe, a close friend of our dear leader, Kim Jong Il.

In other announcements, it was announced that Korean has been made the official language of East Africa, with Russian being the second language. Optional third languages include Chinese and German. Education of the people has already begun.
The newly erected city of New Mombasa has been made the capital city of East Africa.
East Africa has announced that the state is the only party that is allowed. Anyone who tries to oppose the great leader will be removed.
The first 2000 aspiring doctors and 10000 nurses have already been sent to schools in Pyongyang and Moscow.
