Seychelles thanks Spain for its donation and invests $6 billion in wind, solar and tidal energy plants. We also invest $20 billion in Spain's new bank, hoping that international relations continue to improve.

Seychelles allows North Korea to use Port Victoria as a refuelling base as long as NK's subs do not attack any ships within 2,000nm of Seychelles and carrying the Seychelles' Flag. We have recieved the subs donated and are using them to patrol waters around Somalia to avoid pirate attacks.

However, the 20 nuclear warheads are yet to arrive... Our intelligence agency suggests the ships have been hijacked on route. As a precaution, North Korean subs are now advised to remain 500nm from Port Victoria while we conduct investigations as the Philippines Embassy in Seychelles was broken into and some parts of the building was set on fire. 6 people perished in the incident including 2 citizens of the Philipinnes.

We ask the USSR and Spain to aid with the investigation and to ensure that ships of NK abide to the restrictions.

North Korea requests that a squadron of MiG-23Ks can be deployed on one of the USSR carriers. We also deploy 3 destroyers to search for the missing nuclear missiles.
We donate 3 S-300 systems, 18 J-7 Skyguard fighters and a Sovremenny class destroyer to the Seychelles. The Destroyers arrives escorted by a North Korean Peoples Navy destroyer squadron, and the S-300s and J-7s arrive by leased An-124s.

Philippines is willing to send $600 Trillion to Spain as help.

North Korea, all our airplanes now have Electronic Stealth, which leaves it invicible to the Naked eye, radar, heat seeking missiles. All of them have also been fitted with extreme armoring, which can absorb up to 3 Laser shots, except for the YAL-1, which carries armor that can absorb 6 times the laser shot. Also, as you may have noticed, Pyongyang have been bombed by 15 B-2 Spirit bombers, and 50 B-1 Lancers are on their way, ETA .5 hrs.

Thats a negative, the B-2s were shot down. The ones that did get through bombed civilian targets. All the pilots are now on their way to the Pyongyang Hilton.
The non-stealthy B-1s had to turn around after taking heavy losses, being intercepted by our air force, which has just employed a new secret aircarft detecting system, that can spot all Philippine aircraft.

With the intensified security in the region, more ships and cruise liners arrive in the Seychelles and we launch the construction of a new port capable of handling the increase in ocean traffic. We also begin extending the runway of Seychelles International Airport to 5,000m and upgrade Praslin Island Airport to internatonal status and extend the runway to 3,000m. Both airports are open to international flights.

We advise Philippines and North Korea to resolve their issuses peacefully and all flags in the country are half-raised to the civilians which have died in the conflict. We offer each country $10 billion each if they stop attacking each other and begin to solve the conflict peacefully.

Spain thanks for the help and have launched three new national banks. They are Banco Nacional de España, Banco Internacional de España (con el apoyo de Seychelles y Filipinas) and BCI - Banco de las Islas Canarias. Other bank will be created soon.
USSR are allowed to create up to 20 banks in Spain.

Phillipines will get $150 trillion back.

We send 20 helicopters to the Indian Ocean for investigation.

If the Phillipine/North Korean conflict ends soon, both countries will be awarded with $60 billion to recontruct the countries.

North Korea, I suggest peace between the 2 countries if you agree to stop attacking Philippine assets. Agree?

Comrades! Today is a glorious day for the peace loving nation of the glorious people of the motherland North Korea! The imperialist capitalist agressors and bankers, enemies of our peace loving state alike, have signed a peace treaty. It is of no doubt, that they felt a need to wave their capitalist white flags, thereby stopping the storm that was brewing. Our eternal and glorious leader has therefore agreed to spare the Philippines from destruction for now, and signed the peace treaty. Be warned, however, aggresions will not be tolerated again.

North Korea recalls all submarines from the campaign to block the Philippines, and all submarines resume usual patrols.

North Korea requests to establish a large military base on the Seychelles in order to fight piracy in Somalia. We will base 7 sqns of aircraft, 8000 marines and 8 frigates at the base. We are willing to pay the Seychelles €2 billion a year for the base.

The Peoples Republic of North Korea encourages all the people of Spain to rise against your capitalist regime and start a revolution, banishing the ways of the capitalist banks! North Korea is willing to supply AK-47s, helicopters, jets and RPGs to the revolutionaries.

( Shouldn't that be 'Democratic People's Republic of Korea' )

The official name of North Korea is Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK). 'Peoples Republic of Korea' is inaccurate as North Korea refers to itself as Democratic People's Republic of Korea. This is the proper UN name.
