Just noticed one thing thats not on the list that I thought really should be on the list and that is the ability to edit a route, its very annoying to have to close and restart a route just to make it profitable again when another carrier also starts that route.

Three possible options:
ATR-42-500 (1995)
Saab 2000 (1995)
Antonov An-140 (1999) - Most likely given the release date.

What I could do is the same setup to AE where you select your aircraft from a limited number of options, such as the 3 above, and may be the ATR72 but you get reduced cash with the latter.

Yeah I think that would be good as I'd rather the ATR 42-500 over the An-140, but obviously some may prefer the An-140 over the ATR 42-500.

Bugs / Longest Route Too Long

I notice in the View Information section of the Rankings area for Aer Lingus, my longest route is 31 hours, how is this possible when the longest ranged aircraft in 2007 can only fly for 22 hours? This suggests that aircraft are flying slower than they should which would explain why 747-400s are uncapable of reaching destinations such as Singapore from Western Europe.

Would a new routemap also be considered and for there to be different regions below the map that you could click on as opposed to viewing a cluttered world map, i.e. Europe, North America, Central & South America, Middle East, etc. I think this would be a good improvement for the View Information section of each airline.

Dash-8-300 most likely.

As it would be starting in 2000 as opposed to 1989, would it not make sense to provide a more modern default aircraft such as the ATR 42-500?

Seen as we're only in 2007 now, I take it the reset after 2000 will be after 7 years? Will the game then be reset back to 1960 or somethin?

1 question about the A330-300LR, is there really a LR version? thats the first time i have heard of it  

Its not known as the A330-300LR, its known as the A330-300X, so the name used on AM was wrong.

Yes, but the fact that you stated that comment, to someone who was thanking us for our hard work, made me make that comment.

Well then you need your head checked. He dismissed my post as complaining, even though I was giving what was IMO constructive criticism, something you should be able to handle. Airline Mogul is great but needs serious improving to increase the realism, and if you're going to dismiss someone's criticism in favour of the 'good comments' then you're doing yourself nor AM no favours.

I don't think it would take much to allow airlines to create focus cities on continents other than the ones they're based on. If so fair enough, but regardless, would ye give up the lickarse replies and the smartarse comments as well, ye sound like an immature child, not to mention a do-gooder.

I still don't see where I complained about yous 'not being on 24/7' on Airline Mogul and having no life?

It will be (eventually) possible to have stopovers and one-way flights, but at the moment, they are both still under discussion. I don't see a single airline ANYWHERE in the world that operates domestic or international routes on two continents. If you can give me a reasonable example, then I will consider it.

I was referring to airlines making stopovers in Asian airports to fly to other onward airports in Asia and Australasia.

can i also add that this game is also still in developement and not all things are up and running.

also the setup is realistic i dont see any european airline in the real world have an operational base outside of europe same goes with america asia middle east and so on yes airlines may fly LHR- SYDNEY but that takes more than a day to complete there and back. the 1 way setup isnt completed yet so instead of complaining about what you havnt got get on with using what you have.

i think the game creators have done a very good job even tho have have a life outside of mogul.

Why would such a rule be in place? Lads(Stephen and management), airlines from Europe fly these routes everyday and the only way I can fly to Australia or New Zealand or even some airports in Asia is to fly from airports in Asia, yet we can't even do that. The same applies to routes to the Pacific and South America.

I've just bought an extra 3 gates at Tokya Haneda Airport on top of my current gate there and I can't create a focus city there when I try to. Any help?

Bugs / Can't Fly To Asia in A343

I've just received delivery of the first of 15 new A340-300s, only to find I can't use them on the routes intended for them! The A340-300 has a range of up to 6,700nm, yet when I go to start a route of less than 6,000nm, theres no aircraft available. I have available slots at both airports, so what could be the problem here??? :shock:

This is a little off this topic but Stephen now that you're planning to allow airlines to sell their aircraft slots to other airlines, would you also look into my previous suggestion in the Suggestion Forum, whereby airlines can sell slots on to other airlines unrestricted?

I'm having a problem buying a gate for Nice, I've tried 3 times now and waster €150,000 and it doesn't give me a gate. Any ideas?
