I still don't get the problem... you asked for a reset, from
YOUR OWN EMAIL ACCOUNT, and I carried out as ordered. Although it is weird that someone with your amount of cash to ask for a reset, who am I to question your decision? You should be able to log in without any issue (unless you forgot your password that is, which is nowhere mentioned in your emails to us). You can still go into the world you are in. Of course, your airline would not be on the first page of the ranking seeing that you got the reset you asked for. I really don't see your problem here.
If your request for a reset is by error, don't take it out on us.
