So, after the reset, you keep your originating base and airline name (which you can switch in Admin settings, I know that...) and everything? I was hoping to change originating bases and become a different airline entirely...is there any way to close your account and open a new one?

And I quote... "Please note that only small airlines are allowed to move continents. This will be left at the descression of admins."

I'm not exactly what you would call "small". So, after the reset, you can put your airline in a totally different starting base with nothing but the starting aircraft, whatever you guys decide on, and that's it?

Plus, I'm not trying to change CONTINENTS, I'm trying to move from Prague to Frankfurt and become Lufthansa  :D

Can I do this?

Yes, that's true, but I want a completely fresh start, and, for some noobish reason, I thought that's what the reset was. I want to sever all ties with Prague and become a totally new airline. For some reason, there's no option to get rid of your account...can I just do something REALLY bad, get my account terminated, and set up a new one?

Oh, really? So, if you started out in this round in Prague you can switch to Frankfurt without any hassle or renting 4 gates? Just like the beginning? Beautiful.

Thanks a lot for your help, it's amazing how after a good month of playing this game I still manage to be a noob.

I think Lufthansa is already represented multiple times in the game...

Going into the rankings and [Ctrl-f]-ing "Lufthansa", nothing comes up. Plus, even if there IS a Lufthansa out there, it's probably one of those "aluminum wasters" running an ATR between Frankfurt and Dusseldorf. Not that there's anything wrong with that, because hey, to each his own, but I plan on throwing my weight around a little.

Not as represented as Cathay Pacific...

OK.. here is my idea for next round..

Start between 1945 and 1946.. (The scenario is after World War II)

Planes common to all are DC-3 but you'll have a separate option depending on the continent you belong.. Europe, Africa and Middle East will have European planes.. Asia/Australasia and Americas will have other American planes (other than DC-3 which is common to all). if that's possible. better if done randomly.

As I was talking to Will, Vickers Viking would be the one I choose. But then it is just my personally opinion, which does not reflect those of the AM-team or any other admin or the finally decision.

I guess if you want a slower, smaller plane with a shorter range (DC-3), we could look into using that.
