Technically the 707 never did any barrel rolls (as far as I know) ;)

I think on its maiden flight the test pilot did a barrel roll for the sake of showing off the aircraft to spectators, and scaring the CEO of Boeing half dead :D

Maybe it is the 367 Dash-80 prototype?

It's the 367-80,  yes, it's slightly different than the 707 :)
