OK so I was tempted to say the Il-76, but since it's not a high-mounted wing, that doesn't work.

With little conviction then I'll suggest it is the Il-86?

4 engines, but let me help you: The picture in question actually depicts one with five engines. Closer to A340-600 capacity than any other A340 ;)
