Flight levels begin a 3000 feet ;) Additionally, FL's 30, 35, 50, 55 etc. go east, while FL 40, 45, 60, 65 etc. go west.

What do I know? :P
What I do know is that you're flying west towards the Storebælt Bridge - between Korsør and Slagelse :D

I also told you that VFR flights are the ones that end with 5, and that FLs start at 3000 ft ;) And that even FLs always go west ;)

BTW, location is spot on. Over Forlev actually.

There is another VFR flightlevel going west below the one you mentioned, that is still higher than 3000 ft ;)

Correct! But there are of course an indefinite amount of flightlevels above.

I really liked that photo. Did you take it yourself, or did you get someone to take it for you?

Thanks. I took it myself as I was cruising along in rather steady conditions. I propped the camera up on the edge of the dashboard. It really is a nice photo, as it shows how small Denmark really is. You can actually see all the way to Jutland in this photo, and I was barely 1.4 km up. It was more impressive on the return trip, when I cruised at FL55. I could see coast on the far side of Jutland, all the way to Sweden on the far side of Seeland! Odense to Roskilde took me 35 minutes that day.

That makes me think of a Harrier, but this one doesn't have the outer wheels on the wings...

Thats because it isn't a Harrier. Anyway, let me give you a hint:

The RAF is currently a major operator of the type. The Canadian AF too.

I know... I just don't know anything about 'non-popular' military aircraft...
