ok ok don't give up. You were close when you said A330. And there's an AF tail under the fuselage, in the background. Put two and two together.

Now I see it! It's a CFM-56, so I guess it's an A340-300 based on the fact that she has a gap in the window line.

Yes it is the A340-300. Other than the engine and the window gap, it was an Air France aircraft and they only operate the -300 series.

Yes it's a 707, this one was the test bed for the CFM-56.
