Are you sure? I don't mean that the whole fuselage is the same, but the cross section?

Only in the passenger cabin ;) the 757 happens to share the same upper lobe with a new nose, but with a larger cargo area in the front, and an even larger cargo area in the rear.

Nope, the aircraft is the Lockheed M-21, the 'parasite' is Lockheed D-21. Later on, the D-21 was carried by modified B52's after losing one of two M-21 in an accident.
