The teaching wasn't that intuitive. Every time my lecturer taught us new concepts, he always put something else new in the example. It just made understand what he was teaching harder.

I didn't get much of a feel of it, but if you're making something more complicated, you can have big problems and so on. Even in my 100-line program (very small), I reached some very annoying gridlocks...
On the other hand, getting cool ideas and things to do is very fun!

I wrote a code breaking programme last year for my coursework. It replaced an alphabet with another alphabet to decipher a message set by my lecturer. I spent tons of time de-bugging it.
