Be realistic. Norway only has 2 Fridtjolf Nansen frigates and a bunch of F-16A. And your army is occupied with fighting a war in  Afghanistan. And Malawi is landlocked, surrounded by countries that are hostile towards Norway, so you can't base your F-16s out of any of those countries

Anyway, Malawi calls for the UN to send weapons inspectors to Norway, due to reports of a secret stash of 31 weapons of mass destruction. Russia also calls for sanctions, due to the fact that Norway has broken the START treaties by operating 182 strategic nuclear capable bombers secretly.

The 49th Naval Defense and Attack Squadron, as well as 100 troops for border patrols and Ground-To-Air Missiles will be implanted in the country if permission is given. Norway be warned: We are ready for any attacks. We have a nuclear submarine on patrol right now.

Oh, did not know that much about Norway's military..   But Norway have actually 4 Fridtjof Nansen frigates, 1 still in building progress.

But Norway has closed all our airspace and waterspace for United States of America's and Malawi's aircraft and ships. All commercial travel to USA must go through a another country.
