Malawi declares war on the Vatican state. The war is endorsed by the US, because the goal is to bring democracy to a dictatorship run by religious fanatics. A soldier has been sent by Alitalia to liberate the people of the Vatican.

The United States Armed Forces Forces hereby support Malawi and are moving 150,000 troops to the United Kingdom, with 150,000 on standby. Once arrived, forces should be able to invade 3 hours prior to notice. Royal Air Force bases RAF Lakenheath, RAF Menwith Hill, RAF Mildenhall, RAF Croughton, and RAF Alconbury, which host US Air Force squads, are on full alert.

The United States Armed Forces should start arriving by 0745 October 15, and fully in position by 1130 on October 16. We also accept the Canadian Forces help, and strongly advise that if they participate they send troops in immediately.

The Malawi soldier arrived this morning on the weekly Alitalia flight from Malawi to Rome. He quickly proceeded to the Vatican border, where he took up position next to the papal castle in preparation for the assault. The Malawi general on site is awaiting the US forces to coordinate an attack.
