We recall the shipment of grains and wheat to NK, and we have launced 20 B1-B "BONE" Lancer Supersonic Bombers (ETA .75hrs) and 50 B-2 Spirit Stealth Bombers (ETA 1.5hrs) to NK. We ask ally Spain to help defeat NK. Also, the USA have delivered our purchase for 25 B-2 bombers, 15 YAL-1 ABL, and 250 Global Hawk UAV's. The global Hawk have been modified to carry up to 10 Maverick Missiles or 12 250 pound bombs.

The Republic of Seychelles offers The USSR one island to build a naval and airforce base in the Indian Ocean in exchange for $ 6 billion which will be used to pay off the country's debt.

Seychelles pays off its debt with $250 million and invests the remaining $5.75 billion to expand it Navy, Army and Air Force.

Seychelles accepts the offer of the Philippines, on the condition that the aircraft delivering aid to NK be accompanied by F-15s until Seoul, South Korea where the aircraft will divert to. We also cancel Manila-Pyongyang route due to the situation in the region.

We ask Spain to aid us with the development of greener sources of energy.

We request for North Korea not to attack any of our ships entering or leaving the Philippines as they are a major trade parther with us.
