Meat? PFT! Who needs it. Three of the meals I made that day used Zucchini. I was feeding atleast 7 people, so... I bought hell of a lot of zucchini. 
But... on a breakfast note, we're about to be going to a brunch place so we can have fresh made omelets and coffee. =D
