The Reg is sort of like the aircraft ID. The more planes that are bought the lower reg goes. ie.

the 1st plane is G-AAAA, the second is G-AAAB, 3rd G-AAAC etc.

I havn't tried it yet, but it should help me out with the 70 caravelle that I have ordered though. Dunno if they will all make it to flights though...

It doesn't matter if it takes 106 months to get the money back, a terminal just allows you to expand further beyond the 25 gate maximum. Also take into the account that your DOP will be higher.


@ Zero-G, The reason they have more than 25 gates is because they have added a terminal and you build gates with it. There are 2 types of gates:
Rented,
Built.

Because they are both still gates they fall under the same category and they add up a total. So at Frankfurt he would have 25 Rented gates, and 35 built gates with his terminal = 60 gates. Although he can return his gates if he wanted too making more built then rented and etc. But it doesn't matter if he did or didn't.

You must have 40 free slots at the base (I beleive), So if you already have a flight from columbo to HKG yo will have to rent an extra gate.

Ok, now this is just getting silly.

~30 763ERs arrive, taking the place of almost my entire 747 fleet (other than ones with routes > than max 763ER range); with leftovers replacing 762ERs on long routes.

Then, the 762ERs open new routes

Used 747s placed on sale block, some sell, some havent.

Only a few other planes gained a year.

I have a very hard time believing that each plane adds ~11m in maintainance per month.

Even accounting for a large number of current planes aging; an additional ~11m per brand new plane is outrageous.  And this isnt the first time this game month where i've had a >200m monthly maintainance jump after adding planes.

Thats why you stick with cheaper but high quality planes to fly with.

Your airlines name has "illegal" characters in it, you should change it so that it is only normal characters.
