No.  The only US-based carrier in this world is Delta, which has hubs at ATL, ORD and LAX.  That means that other large airports like DFW, LAS, PHX and JFK are still there for the taking. ;)

Yes, there is actually.  It's running 2nd in the ranking order (but 1st in terms of total passengers) and is based out of Toronto, Vancouver and Halifax.

Can you reset my airline? I think i may have been fined because i wasn't using my JFK hub.
