I recently changed my airline name, and after managing to do that I tried uploading a new logo to finish the re-branding. The "change logo" function in the admin panel seems to work and says it was uploaded successfully, but the logo fails to change on all screens.

I'm in PW 350 ID:22083

Sorry to add to this thread, but I have a similar problem.  This involves my airline code.  I have tried to delete cookies, temporary files, logging out, etc...but I cannot change it. :(

The code is different to the logo. In the logo as the file name does not change, the cache stored by the browser comes into play. With the code, it should appear once it has been changed.

Can you give more information by looking at this thread.

Information such as your User ID, World ID and what code you want to change it to are required.

Hi Stephen,

My apologies: I thought my error was related in scope to the one above.

Perhaps this information will help:

ID: Gisa Airlines (21702)
Type: Can't change airline code.
Description: I have tried several times to change the airline code and upon doing so it seems to have worked upon refreshing the change.  However, once navigating onto another screen the change reverts back to the first airline code I entered.
Airline Details: Gisa Airlines (21702) in Public World # 350
Gisa Airlines: Gateway Into South Africa!
Sky Knights: The sky is the bottom limit!

What code would you like to change it to?

Hi Stephen,

I would be happy if you could change it to GSA.

MANY thanks in advance!

In that case then the error messages need to be improved. I'll see what I can manage over the weekend.
