Just to check up, South African Airways is actually based in Johannesburg. Can I add later Cape Town as base? Not sure exactly but I think they got also a small base in real there.

p.s. when will the money be credited? ;)

Sure you can create a base there. You can open as many bases (up to 10) as you want as long as there is some reality in it. So in your case it would be quite normal to open Jo'burg, Cape Town and maybe some later some bases in southern africa (Harare, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Windhoek etc?) as there is also South African Express (with an additional base in Durban)

all airlines registered have been awarded already the 250,000,000. New airlines will as soon as they've registered (and when i'm logged in) be awarded with the cash.

As KohlerInternational refused to take the spot reservation, there are still 4 spots for Europe available. Preferably some SkyTeam or OneWorld airlines.
