PW 224 may be a little different from your average private world. You name your airline after a real life carrier, base at their main hub and then be able to take that airline in any direction possible! (Although it is required you base at alteast 3 cities in your carriers' country. This excludes airlines such as Air Mauritius and Sri Lankan Airlines)

This world is also extremely strict on competition. As we know, things get a little hectic when we have 15 airlines' based at Atlanta! So we decided to introduce a "3 max hubbing" rule, which limits the amount of carriers based at one hub to three. At airports with < 15,000,000 pax, the limit is two.

There are also limits on how many carriers are based at each continent. Currently we have left:

0 spots in Europe (KLM, Lufthansa, Ryanair)
0 spots in North America (American Airlines, United Airlines, Air Canada)
0 spots in Asia (Japan Airlines, Thai Airways, Malaysia Airlines)
0 spots in Australasia (Qantas, Air New Zealand)
1 spot in South America (LAN Airlines)
1 spots in Central America (Aeromexico, Mexicana)
1 spot in Middle East (Turkish Airlines, Emirates)
1 spot in Africa (Tunisair, Air Algerie)

It is strongly encouraged you try a region you haven't attempted before. Not only will this give the world a bit of diversity, it will increase your skills and knowledge about hubbing in the game. We currently have Japan Airlines, Thai Airways, American Airlines, Qantas and British Airways. A few Skyteam or Star Alliance members are definitely wanted! :D

Speaking about alliances, they will be based off real life. So if you choose to play a Oneworld member - you're stuck in oneworld. If you register as an airline who is not allied, feel free to choose which of the three you would like to appy for.

We hope to see some interest!

Thanks :D

Hi Ben175,

I'm interested, if you don't mind me being still green behind the AirlineMogul ears  ;)

Would be cool to fill a Europe spot and try a hand at my previous employer...

Thanks for advising!

cheers
Sven

Please note I forgot the middle east! So now, 1 airline can base in Africa and 1 in Middle East.

Why not. I'll give it a go again...any chance I can base at ICN? And since you wanted a Star member, Asiana.

To late for a JetStar in Australia. I would also have JetStar Asia too. PM or just message under here.
