I like the Ilyushin Il-96-300 in W-10, but maybe solely due to the fact that I am the only operator of those aircraft. I have two of them in service, and they make good profit out of my hub in TLV.
I also have 2 777-200ER for ultra-long-haul, but the profit was so bad, that I now use them on high-density-short-medium-haul-routes.
An interesting option for semi-long-haul is to use the ATR-42-300/320, as both have range > 3000 nm. They cost very little in purchase, fuel, and maintenance. Although they are very slow and only have 50 seats, they can still make a bundle on routes with little competition.
