Renting Gates at airports

I thought you can rent gates at airports even if you are in the negatives for money. Then why cant I rent a gate at my hub then?

You can, you just have limited credit. (About 5% of value)

but it said I dont have enough money to rent another gate at my hub. And I already rented about 8gates at 8 different airports when I didnt have enough money.

Are you saying you rented 8 gates and your cash never decreased and you were not going to report it?

No. He just kept going into the red, renting gates, until he passed the line. Same thing happened to me.

And I think its 25% btw

Same here. I am less than 5% value in debt i think. Well, it let my but non hub gates with larger debts.

I read somewhere (*) that at our own bases there is no renting with negative cash.

Could be that the gate at his hub costs $300,000 while his spokes only cost $50,000.

When you are in negative cash, you cannot rent gate from airports where you already have gates (regardless whether you still have free slots), including but not limited to your base.

My money is decreasing whenever I rented a gate so its not a bug

yup.

Technically this is a bug, i've got to make myself dinner. i'll see if i cannot see it when i'm done eating. if not, hopefully stephen will register what has been said this time.
