I don't think they'd like advice to make transatlantic routes when your airline in only worth 100 million

You should wait to create an alliance until you are quite a bit larger, maybe, a $5 million DOP or higher.  When you join an alliance really depends on the alliance.  For most alliances, you should wait until your value is in the $100 millions.  In reality, you can join an alliance whenever you want, but IMO its a good idea to wait until the joining fee won't completely wreck your airline. :D

Does that answer your question? :)

That's just a one-time fee.  Same with the fee to join an alliance.  Thing is, you never get that money back (not even when people pay the $1M to join)

Is this W9?  If so, yes.  You should buy an F27-200 as soon as you get the money. :)

Cool.  They're a great way to make money as a medium-sized airline such as yourself; as you continue to grow and add a second base you should start to buy jets like the Caravelle VI-N or R
