How do I go about becoming one of these. I would really like to help fixing up all the bugs and things of the such. (and playing with the new stuff

The way 99% of the current ones got on there was simply using the AM IRC Channel.

You could have asked Stephen on IRC. I was a beta tester once.... it became to boring so I quit.

I can take a guess...

Probably a clean record, if you have played the game long enough, being on IRC frequently, and if you are nice to or have succesfully kissed up to the admins (that's what Ali literally did)
