How do you create them?

After you have logged in the link is on the top menu bar.  Right in between change world and profile.

I accidentally deleted pseudosweeds post.

Essentially,

If you select a Very Large World, no 50k airports are available, Large World leaves out 50k and 100k airports and so on. Full World is a full world.

If your private world is set for, say, 30 players. Do the 50k airports still have 50 gates? Or is it adjusted?

It stays the same. Probably needs to be tied to users.

I sent Will my suggestions for # of gates. You can bug him for that list.

Is there a way to set it so that the 24-hour countdown won't start until a PW reaches x% of maximum players?
