Airtech Canada DHC-3/PZL-3S Beaver Naming

I am not sure about this, but on the internet, it seems that the Airtech Canada DHC-3/PZL-3S Beaver is actually the Airtech Canada DHC-2/PZL-3S Beaver. The DHC-3, as correctly named, is the Otter. Take this website for example: http://www.ivao.aero/db/aircraft/aircraft.asp?Id=DHC2.
I am not sure about this, however, I could not find any DHC-3 Beavers on the internet, only DHC-2s.

Another one I found was the PC-6/B2-H2 Turbo-Porter, all the others in its family have Pilatus at the beginning, eg. Pilatus PC-6-A1/H2 Turbo-Porter, but this doesn't.
