[Not a bug]base creation trouble ?? - W 3 - LHR -

probably operator error ...but i DID read the instructions!

i've got more than four gates at LHR , but when i try to create a base , only 'foreign' or 'domestic' comes up as an option... I tried picking both ..... but with either it comes up "unknown airport" ...... why doesn't LHR show ?

You are limited to have either 5 domestic and 1 foreign or 7 domestic hubs
