Maintenance cost include when you're leasing?

Hello everyone,

Just want to ask whether or not the planes maintenance cost will be included in the financial sheet if you either
1) Lease the plane
2) put it on sale

If you lease out the plane you pay for maintenance. If you lease it in, you don't. If you put it on sale, you pay for maintenance until someone buys it.
