What's scary about it? I've been upgrading my fleet and that means lots of planes. Lots and lots of planes. I still have to buy another dozen to fully upgrade my fleet.

Floating between 27.8 million and 28 million now.

It's actually nice because I can broker 8 757's and 8 MD82's for the up front price of 3 757's and and constantly have a plane on its way for me. Plus I pay generously (well compared to brokerage market standards anyway.....anywhere from 3% to 7%).

Since Stephen seems to equate the brokerage leveraging system with credit cards, I try to stay within a 20-30% APR.
