DEX Brokerage is the premium brokerage in AirlineMogul. We are one of the largest brokerage in AirlineMogul, consistently providing leases in various public worlds. Throughout our glorious history, we have leased out and brokered thousands of planes for hundreds of clients. We have written the record by leasing out more than 1500 aircrafts in W506, with a further 1000 in W645. We were also the preferred brokerage for leasing, over 4 of our peers, in W1297. All aircrafts will be delivered to open market. Please watch out for delivery dates posted in our thread on the info board of W1550.

Please note that all lease contracts are binding once a delivery dated is quoted, or the aircraft is delivered, whichever happens first. Due to the design of the brokerage system, a new aircraft listed to an airline could not be modified for 3 game months. Any violation of, or refusal to carry out, a lease contract will result in revenue loss and cash tie-up for DEX Brokerage. As a result, airlines that violate a contract will be blacklisted publicly. Please note that this is a serious warning.

Since we have only 3 planes left until the first delivery on 9 Feb, we are holding an auction for them. Each airline could bid on one aircraft. The airlines with the 3 highest lease rates will each get one aircraft delivered to them in private. The airlines are expected to lease the aircrafts no later than 22 Jan 98, after which the aircrafts will be retracted and placed on open market instead. If you are interested, please submit your bid via PM. This is a blind auction. Any open bids placed here will be ignored. All bids, once submitted, will be binding.

If no one bid on the aircrafts, they would be placed on market on 20 Jan 98, at 650k lease rate. However, do you really want to bet that your competitors would not bid for them and ruin your LF?
