I can't login!!!

I've forget my password and I've click the forget password button and type in the email address and I still recieve nothing
My airline ID is 4859 ,and my registered email address is sopangyu@sjc.edu.hk

I am tempted to not follow the policy and help you with it... but if we don't follow the policy once, the policy would not be effective the next time.

I don't know if I can login, because I can't even reach the website (this page cannot be displayed). And when it finally does, I get a very *cabbaged, for the sake of the word* up homepage. When I try to login I get the page cannot be displayed message again.... :roll:
