I am trying to put my 737-400ER, but it says that I have no available frequencies on it when I go to assign aircraft.  It is brand new and has 24 available hours on it.  Please help me!

Wait, I think I know what the problem was...  I purchased the 734ER before I realized that there was a problem with the engine types.  When I went to see information on the aircraft, aircraft and engine type, nothing showed up.  I am sure that this is what the problem was.  I have another aircraft on order and I will have to scrap that one as well.

Rats!

Problem x12 :(
tried to create a new route with my two new 734ERs.

Aircraft Available:
ID:   Aircraft Type:   Hours:   Freq:      Notes:
2669   Boeing 737-400ER   24   -0
2670   Boeing 737-400ER   24   -0

Enough of that , i've got another 12 on order :(

EDIT: also noticed that only those two were buggy , the others 12 is working,
any way to get the money back for those two Stephen?

Alright, If you scrap them, I will deliver new B734er's, to the amount you had. So, for example, If EXT had 17, I will deliver 17, and EXT will scrap the other 17.

This ONLY applies to people who can confirm they have purchased the 2530nm/CFM563B2 model, or purchased in August.

I'm having that problem too
Airline Name: Allure Airways
Airline ID: 230
Number of B734ERs ordered: 4
Aircraft ID's:
2712
2713
2714
2715

I'm pretty sure I ordered them in August.  I was expecting them today, it is now October, so October minus 2 months = August

yeah, that would be the problem.  The plane physically has 24 hours avalible, but has no engines to take off with!!    thats why we can't use them

I'd say they're fine, because the numbers don't fit, as well as the fact it only takes 24 days to construct a B734ER.
