I've submitted a few airports in Seychelles, they fall under these two additional regions;
(194, 'La Digue and Inner Islands'), (194, 'Outer Islands (Zil Elwannyen Sesel)')
For these airports, the passenger numbers were based on estimates from paper publications which can't be found on the internet

I see you have Dulles airport as located in Chantilly.  Dulles airport is located in Dulles, Virginia, which is part of Sterling, Virginia.  Chantilly is in Fairfax county, and the only part of dulles in Fairfax would be some of the runways.  Although the website may say Chantilly, it is not located in Chantilly.  The address of the airport is 45020 Aviation Drive, Sterling, VA 20166 and 20166 is a Sterling ZIP Code.  I hope this gets changed, and I have represented my city well
