And Moskva Vnukovo was the largest Soviet airport at the time, and Misnk-1 had almost 1 mil pax/ year and was the main airport. KMCO was still being used as a Air Force Base with limited civil operatations (based from a former Missile Barn) until sometime in 1974  and Kansai International (KIX) airport wasn't opened until the early/mid 1990s. Of course, that is what happens when you use recent data, but I'm happy that we use more current data. If we used data from the days back then, I could only imagine it now, 2 days into the game and there would be at least 20 "This game is overcrowded, please reset" threads  .

I'm wondering why i couldn't buy the Concorde. It would be SO great to have it.

Well, it didn't go into service yet until 1976 according to the "view all aircraft" page. Technically, the Tu-144 shouldn't have gone into service until 1975 since the one you can buy now is a prototype (which explains a lot).

Ok. I'm resigned to see the game restart and all my profit and achievments lost.
I'm wondering if will be able to use now the Cargo Airports, and Cargo Airplane.
I'm wondering when will the new game start. The 80's or 90's might be great.

PD: one of the busiest airports in the world, Paris Charles de Gaulle, wasn't open till 1975. Think of it next time.

No cargo, that is for sure. You will see it... maybe in 2020... but probably not before :P
We don't know the year the new round would start. Haven't been decided yet.
You would possibly not be able to make any profit with a Concorde.

We knew all along that some airports weren't available in the past. There have been threads about it and we have given the explanation. Read through them next time. (I am just using your some exact wordings and attitude, so don't say I am rude.)

Why would I go to Asia? (Next round)

Why would I do it this round? I have no good financial backing... just enough to buy 1-2 planes a day....

I seem to be among the minority with my opinion: I'm happy about the reset. And about resets in general. I've played 2 rounds till now, and the most exciting time was the first 2 years or so. When I purchased my first planes after saving the money, when I was proud of my one leased 737. When I could still see my network on the route map, and not a big red dot. Even though I started the round late, I made it to 10th place in South America. But during the last 2 weeks I did nothing but log in once every three days, order two DC8s, and leave again. I never even put them on routes. The best part is the beginning, and I can't wait to do it again.

I totally agree with you. The first two years in a round, are the most fun.

resets are going to happen until the game has finally reached a maturity point, where all bugs have being sorted out and gameplay "competitive" enough so that it can run 10-15 years non-stop and provide real enjoyment for everyone, big or small.

I say its just one of those things u gotta live with, if u really do enjoy AM and wanna see it succeed. :)
