Divide the updating amongst a few people

To avoid clashes I suggest everyone takes a region, or regions. Otherwise we will do double work.

As I was busy with the areas already, I suggest I do Asia/Australpacific and Middle East. So anyone who has data for one of these areas, bug me with a PM.
