It may be just me, but I think the person who broke it had their name written all over it. 
Well, that person owns me big! I had just cancelled a couple of routes and got that "cannot connect" thingy when I was trying the set up the new ones. A plane down for two days is not funny.
So, where do I apply for my complimentary (free) Boeing 747-200?
