Simcity 1000/2000/3000/4/societies?

I tried to make Western Washington..... It was REALLY Hard...

In Societies it slows you down/ crashes when your population reaches 10,000 on your first city

I have SimCity 4.  I like driving the cars around with the Rush-Hour expansion pack.

I use to have 3000 but now have 4 and i like driving the cars around the city :)
