On my Oslo Bankok route it says that it is down in the 70's on my view routes page. But when I go to click to edit it it says it is at 100% load factor. Is it less then 100 or 100? This has cost me money. Ok not real money but still, no bueno.

Are you sure you haven't set a default setting to 75-100% loadfactor routes? tinker with the top right menu on view routes to see if you have any routes with low loadfactors.

it does matter...a city in Thailand and agreeing with a savings company are two different things (bank-ok)
