Recently when I checked my loadfactor I had found it had mysteriously decreased to 98.32%. I checked my routes but no loadfactor percentages appeared changed. My airline is Air Zoe.

Not a bug. common mistake actually.

You've set a default view of ">75% lf" for view_routes, so you're not seeing in the default view the FCA-FRA route at 21%, or the other one at 70%.

the page default itself exists to help make it easier for airlines to manage their route networks when they become larger, while reducing bandwidth and increasing page load times... if you use the top menu ["Show Routes From"] you can jump between views without altering the default setting, if you use the bottom menu ["Default Setting"] you alter the default setting.
