Utilising Excess Aircraft

Just wondering, is it more efficient to lease out excess aircraft or create new routes for them to fly on thus incurring gate charges? Also will future updates of AM include the use of standby aircraft - guess fleet maintenance will play an issue too?  :D

I think leasing them out might help you more than just having them lie around. But if you can find good routes to fly them on, even if it's just a profit of 3.5K to 6K per route, still can make you a small net profit.

Putting one routes are more profitable most of the time.
