Upload Busted

When trying to upload my 50K 300x90 jpg I get this error:

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 0 is not allowed to access /var/www/vhosts/airlinemogul.com/httpdocs/airlinelogos owned by uid 10002 in /var/www/vhosts/airlinemogul.com/httpdocs/airlinemogul/upload_logo.php on line 97

File number 1 could not be moved.

i assume that stephen enabled php safemode.
move_uploaded_file is disabled by this. i am sure that he either forgot to switch it off after switching it on for whatever reason, or there is a safety issue or something similar that requires safemode to be on. i would expect that this is only of temporary nature, so just wait for an announcement or try every now and then.

Aah, that would make sense. That's the same error I get when I try and access the wiki:

# PHP 5.1.6 installed
# Found database drivers for: MySQL
# Warning: PHP's safe mode is active. You may have problems caused by this, particularly if using image uploads.
# PHP server API is apache2handler; ok, using pretty URLs (index.php/Page_Title)
